Here is where we keep all the things we discover around the world and want to add to our settled life. It has been a lot fun!
MOROCCAN TAGINE

Since we entered in Morocco we have been chasing good tagines. Sometimes we have had better luck than others. The tagine is a North African stew of spiced meat and vegetables prepared by slow cooking in a shallow earthenware cooking dish with a tall, conical lid. It could be really, really tasty.
Conclusion. Somehow we want to get one of these earthenware cooking dish and prepare delicious and healthy stews at home.
POURING TEA

Moroccan tea is well known. It's made with sugar and mint leaves. We have been enjoying so much the process of pouring the tea in the little glasses, from as far as your arm can reach up. Then, you put back the tea into the metal teapot and repeat the process. We are not sure how many times is the minimum before you can drink it. For us, three is enough 🙂 The process is done to thoroughly steep the tea and mix the sugar and add a nice frothy top.
Conclusion. We would love to have one of these little metal teapots at home, and taste amazing teas, without sugar though, while practicing pouring from the "ceiling" 😛
